Both sides make valid points, both Greene & Goldman, however, to validate Goldman’s point, what Marjorie does not understand, just like Dan referred to, is that there needs to be enough “corroboration” of witness/informant accounts, etcetera, before a case can be “fairly” presented in front of a judge against somebody, whether or not that person is a US Citizen or an illegal alien.  THAT IS THE FAIR & CIVICALLY MORAL HUMANE THING TO DO!  Now, the only way that Greene’s point of a “special interest” alien would be humanely valid from the viewpoint of “fair due process”, would be if the CIA, NSA or related US security/intelligence agency had extremely sensitive information that could not be disclosed about that “special interest alien” because it would jeopardize an active investigation or task force action involving the work of that individual.  Thus, if that was the case, Majorie’s defense would be partially justified (equally as Dan’s position would be), however, that was not talked about in this video (and I am judging as a viewer based on the duration of this 11 minutes and 16 seconds video in Forbes Breaking News - YouTube), therefore the governmental “transparency” that she is claiming to be exercising would not be true.  For more of my extended commentary on this and other issues with human beings, please visit the Heaven Court page at WashingtonDC.work (Jesimiel Millar)
