He (Romney) got a 3.8 million award, 2 guilty officers.  Exit 310 (2 + 8 = 10, the plus sign alludes double crossed.  Cross-reference to   TENnessee Street exit sign in I-81 West Virginia, exactly next to Quen Street/Berkley Springs sign in I-81 WV.  

My Deduction:

He was murdered by a female ("Queen", opposite of "King") counterintelligence assasin.  More than likely she was born in 1981 (I-81).  He was "murdered in 2012.  2012-1081=31.  She was 31 years old when she drugged & drowned him.  Relate to exit "13", King St. InII-81.  The Psychological warfare Games of counterintelligence. 

Was this Brittish CounterIntelligence, Psychological warfare against the USA? Using a black "King", since the US has no Kings, and the Brittish were using the symbolic mockery because black slaves in the uS got their 'freedom", so the brits use a black "King" as mockery as psychological warfare counterintelligence to the uS gaining its freedom from English "King"ship.  Now, "ship", water, Romney Springs, "drowning" is the opposite "counter") of "spring", and the uS used a Maryland/West Virginia "Queen" female assasin to murder Rodney King by drowing at age 47, which is counter to July 4th (7/4).  So, the Brittish ended up mastermingding the uS (7/4) to kill its own citizen (47, Rodney king) whom the British had "turned" as a Britsh 007 spy.   Why "007"?  Exit 310 = 3-10 = 7 = "missing 0" = 007.

Now, wait, you may ask...Rodney is different than Romney.  Thus, as a cryptologist, and/or intelligent analyst you have to ask yourself:  "What is the "relational" significance?  Remember:  "Everything is Relativity", perhaps Einstein would agree?  Well, in I-81 you have Virginia (headquarters of the Central Intelligence Agency), going North, right next you have West Virginia (location of "The Farm" where field agent spies are partly trained), and right after WV what?  MD of course!  Maryland.  The "D" of roDney & the "M" of roMney. Rodney was beaten by police in L.A. on 3/3 (March 3rd) alluding to Jesus Christ, whom died on the "cross".  The intelligence community loves using the term "double-crossed", alluding to Jesus Christ, God, etcetera.

Now, if you continue northbound on i-81after Maryland you have PA/Pensylvania.  In exit 29 you have "King" street sign, and the sign also shows "174" highway.  Again the "7/4 = I74" of tge US gaining/winning its Independence from the Brittish KING.  Also in this context PENsylvania alludes to the PENtAGOn, and tn=TN=Tennessee on that sign on I-81 WV, next to Romney springs and Queen.  Why Exit "29"?  Because Jesus Christ received the Holy SPIrit at age 29, bu being submerged in the water, and thus, the US murders Rodney King by drowning him, because he had been used as a Spy by the Brittish against the US.   Mmm...if that is what one calls an ally, what can one expect of an enemy!

But, then aagain, political parties within the 

In exit 48 of I-81 you have "74" highway, where there is the Army war college, and war heritage museum.  Then shortly after in exit 52 you have interstate "76" (alluding to Independence year from Britain), and the "PENna Turn Pike".  And "NEW KINGStown".  And why "48"?  Because Israel (the land of Jesus christ, the double-cross, and the bible) gained its independence from the British rule in 19(48), as the US did in 17(76).

For contextual/historical significance/understanding:  "In 1917, the United States ended its neutrality and entered World War I on April 6 to join the Allied Powers, which included Great Britain. This alliance was solidified by Britain sharing intercepted intelligence (the Zimmermann Telegram) and U.S. efforts to protect its economic interests and trade with the Allies. "

All this was very well orchestrated psychological warfare via espionage, and violence between the United States & Great Britain.   And how many people in the world were told that?  How many people would figur3 out that many civil unrests, violence, and wars are created by former enemies stil jolding a grudge or vendetra, yet currently known as or posing as an ally.  And many enemy factions, political, buseness, etcerera within a country do the same things, to satisfyy their evil, crooked dysfunctions, at the expense of genetalized, and individial unjust human suffering.

☆ Point of Reasonable Suspicion:

It is important to remember/note that "things are not always as they seem", as an old human adage  keenly notes, and nowhere else is that adage more valid than in the espionage/intelligence field.  Therefore, it would be wise to keep an open mind as to the possibility that the Great & Powerful Soviet Empire was in great unprecedented political/historical turmoil, in 1991, the same time of the Rodney King beating, 

which led to the L.A. riots of 1992, and the Soviet Union (S.U.) collapse in 1992, was a victory of U.S. "CounterIntelligence" against its greatest enemy, and that possibly the former Soviet Union may have, from a "counterintelligence" perspective, leveraged past tensions between the US & Britain to make it look like the Brittish were behind the masterminding of the L.A. 1992 riots.  However, it is hard to know if both the Soviet Union & Britain (S.U.B.merged "King" was murdered/drowned in a "P"ool by the US.  Symbolism:  pUS=SUb, "counterintelligence wars") colluded against the US.
