A second question can be derived from that first one in the title above:  

"WHO/M IS HANDLING WHO/M?"

It is no secret that historically, in the realms of espionage, intelligence communities, psychological warfare, and other modalities of complex higher thinking, mistakes have been made, of thinking that a person (handler) or entity (handling source) was being unknowingly watched, surveillance, etcetera, or simply "lured" into becoming an intelligence asset, agent, source, or what have you!  However, truth be told, all top agencies, individual intelligences, etcetera, have had intermittent success in willingly becoming the apparently innocently lured, thus to join with the least amount of suspicion that which is believed to be the most capable intelligence source or entity!  At other times such bright institutions of thinking have been the ones deceived by other intelligences, or intelligent forms.  

It is important to always understand that "potential" has always been, and will always remain the greatest individual or collective gift of any sentient being/s.  Because through it ("potential") all things are truly possible!  But, to fail to properly understand the human spirit, the human mind, or "light for that matter", for what it is and can be, and its potential in any given context, is the first and foremost the worst mistake of intelligence gathering & assessment!
