Update on Chris:
I have been driving all over the US, working, driving a commercial truck. For almost two months Christopher has stayed on a "visiting-status" on my rented house. Mentally disabled, with communication and behavioral problems, yet highly intelligent, he is very high on the autistic spectrum, but most detrimentally, with Aspergers Syndrome, unable to cope behaviorally towards others, mainly towards strangers in a social setting, gets in very bad situations, that oftentimes lead to even the police getting involved. It has been very useful to him that I am a very patient and forgiving individual, and this past year that I have been caring for him, I have taken him 5 or 6 times back to Athens, Tennessee, to live on the streets, without secure sources of food, because when he does bad things he needs to be treated like a child, he needs to learn that his bad behaviors have consequences. Of course, I (unlike some of his relatives and past friends that throw him back on the streets) have always given him money and at times regularly order him food while he is homeless in Athens, TN, then, in one or a few weeks, after he gets a reminder of how harsh it is to be homeless, I pick him up again. Even while staying in Athens homeless I go by in between work trips, and take him out to eat, and walk around with him. But, that is why uf a government entity is helping him, they get rid of him, because "irresponsibly" the "GOVERNMENT" does not care about undertaking the "responsibility" of having qualified staff capable of properly working with or handling the mental issues of disabled indivifuals with "severe mental disabilities". And his familiy, relatives, friends, and others, sometimes due to a combination of ignorance, lack of high intellectual capacity, or unstable living conditions or behavioral issues, do not undersrand that people with a "MEDICAL COGNITIVE MENTAL DISABILITY" cannot be totally rejected. There cannot be limits of forgiving past bad behaviors of such individuals with mental cognitive disabilities, because their conditions are "CHRONIC", they are not like a regular person that makes bad choices, that can intellevtually and rationally change his or her behavior at will. But, forgiving people like Chris can be a challenge, because we have a tendency to think or believe that he can behave like we do. He simply does not understand "social contexts" and "social interaction, expectations, or relationships" the same way that a rational person can.
I am literally at present finding it hard to make ends meet financially, yet I ordered him a trycicle online (because he told me he didn't know how to ride a two wheel bycicle), because I wanted to do more nice things for him, continue to improve his quality of life, I ordered him an army camouflage pant online, both things to be delivered home to Iowa for when I came home to Iowa. We had a good 4th of July in Iowa, walked in town, went out to eat, and also today the 5th. But, for dinner I decided to walk with him a few blocks to a Mexican restaurant, and we sat on the second floor. He was telling a nice young waitress bringing us the food, that she had STDs, I as always try nicely to tell him that it is wrong for him to do that to people that are being nice to him, and he said that he was going to throw the food plate down to the first floor, because it is kind of a unside balcony on the second floor. After I told him a few times to not misbehave, he threw the plastic basket with food chips in it down to the first floor. So I got so upset that I told him that dinner was over, and we left all the plates full of food there, thus, I wasted $50 for not even eating, because of his bad behavior in nice restaurants. 60% of the time he misbwhaves when I take him to a nice restaurant. If I die, I do not know what is to become of him, because other people simply do not put up witj that type of very unacceptable bad behavior for too long. And yet, it is not mostly his fault, but "A MEDICAL CONDITION OF A MENTALLY DISABLED PERSON". I told him to walk him by himself, i went to the store, and when I went back home he was in his room on the second floor at home. He said: "Jesi, I'm peaceful!" And I told him, that i was taking him back to Athens, TN, to stay homeless again on the streets. He said that me saying that makes him sad. And he was just laying in bed. He said that it was just some chips. But, he does not understand properly when I try to explaim to him that such bad behabior is not normal, that is not acceptable. He simply have a cognitive mental disability. And behaviors like that drive people over the edge, especially those that out of good will try taking care of him. But, he cannot be allowed to be permanently homeless, because of the "willful incompetence/ignorance/selfishness" of otherwise cognitively/intellectually capable human beings to not understand the nature of mental disabilities.
Early today (July 5th, 2025) while at breakfast in McDonalds he mentioned the name of a lady, and I inquired about her, and he didn't know how she was doing, I googled her first and last name in Athens, TN, and there was an obituary for her on 2019. He did not know that she had passed (died). He said that he lived with her and her family for about 10 years, until 2012, when he became homeless, because the police was telling him that he had to let her go. Chris said that she had made it a law for him to stay in her house. She was black according to him, and the obituary said that she was a Jehovah's Witness, so I asked him and it appears that when he used to tell me anout him going to the Kingdom Hall, and him talking about Jehovah God sometimes, it was because of those people. Chris says that she had left that religion. I'm not sure if like me she was disfellowshipped too. But, when he used to talk about the KKK often, I know that part was bad habits of being around dysfunctional/ravist white people, but, in general he has some good black or mulatto friends in Athens, TN and the surrounding towns/cities.
He does extremely well when he is at my house, both with me, and when he stays alone. He is well behaved, thankful, helpful, knows how to follow directions and how to be independent. My house if full of beautiful decorations, jewlry, etcetera, and he respects all property. His mind functions in a very "innocent" way. Jewelry and expensive things that I have or other people havedo not present in his mind an opportunity to steal, to sell them or exchange them for other goods. That is something else very important to know a him as well, because unfortunately the vast number of human beings being so ignorant, they misjudge him as a criminal too often. And Jehovah God will judge you ignorant humans for it!

Update on Chris as of November 14th, 2025:
I close on a mortgage for a house in Iowa on late October 2025, that way now Christopher can officially transition from Tennessee to Iowa. I being the owner of the house do not need to be worried about getting a 5 day notice of eviction for letting Chris stay in a rental property on my name, to avoid for him to be sleeping on the streets and cemeteries of Tennessee homeless. He of course was stayying as of lately on my rental property on the last few months as a "visiting" friend status, but, again, in a house of my own he is welcomed as his home too.
[In the interim, to clarify things for those of you that can be quite ignorant: He has a severe mental disabily (autism combined with other mental problems), but the "government, the police, etcetera" consider him to be "independent" as to making his own decisions as to traveling anywhere he wants to, whom to travel with, whom to date and/or have sex with, etcetera, etcetera. Also to clarify further, there has never been any type of romantic nor sexual relationship between us. I am gay (a homosexual), and he is a heterosexual, and I have "zero" interest in him on any sexual or romantic way. I used to visit Amanda Cooley at the Athens, Tennessee "District Attorney's Office" with Christopher Meade, to let her know how Chris was doing, both when he was still staying on the streets of Tennessee homeless, and when he was travelling with me to other States or staying in my rental house in Iowa by himself, on a visiting basis. I also to her that it was only until I would be able to purchase a home, so that he could have a permanent home. However, he is considered an "independent adult" capable and allowed to make his own decisions. I only go home to iowa 2 or three days once a month, and he (Christopher) stays at home "independently". I order him Doordash food every day, also order him food (both with his SNAP benefits and with my own money, to be delivered from Walmart to the house. And I give him hundreds of dollars in cash for him to use for anything that he needs or likes to buy locally. I cannot claim him on my taxes because he is "not my dependant" for tax puposes or legally, just a friend that needs help and I care for, thus, he is entitled to receive his SNAP benefits, and why I went to the Human Services Office in Athens, Tennessee to fill out his food benefits application, which the staff told me I could sign the application as his representative, even as a friend, because he is not mentally competent to do it on his own. Also the State of Tennessee spoke with both me and him on the phone as an interview requirement before approving his SNAP/FOOD benefits.]
However, now comes a part that I would like to make the US public aware of when trying to help those whom are homeless, poor, or whom like Chris get "criminally" neglected by the governments, authorities, social & medical services which are supposed to or rationally/legally expected to properly take care of the most vulnerable members of society, in particular children and adults with severe mental/cognitive disabilities, as this latter being the case of Christopher Meade, whom for years was neglected living homeless on the streets, and freezing cold in low or sub-zero temperatures, freezing, hungry, while city or local authoroties were fully aware of his homeless situation, and of his mental disability. Those official authorities need to be criminally liable for such blatant disregard for the lives of Americans with Disabilities.

Update: I filled out an application for SNAP/Food benefits in Athens, TN for Chris late July 2025, and it was approved, he recrived his card ealy on August 2025. Only for $295 a month, which I have found out is a national standard in the US. My question for you able-bodied & able-mind Americans is: "HOW WOULD YOU LIKE GOD TO "FORCE YOU" to eat with $295 a month? Because just giving Christopher 3 simple meals each day, I spend $300 to $400 each week.
You are evil, crooked, selfish human beings, and you happen to have a very hard time choosing not to understand what true balanced justice is!

Preliminary Assessment
(Drawn from my personal one year interaction with him, and the corresponding financial and psychological care I have provided to him, as a friend.)
Medical
Physically he presents as a very healthy adult in this mid-thirties. He has a small relatively manageable dependency on nicotine products, which he uses in the form of a vaporizing inhaler (when he has more money) or in chewing substitutes (when he has less money). Both methods of use he already knows about himself and buys them on his own, meaning despite his behavioral and cognitive disabilities (plural) he is yet able to go to a store or pharmacy to shop for such products of relative addiction. When having relative financial support (as the hundreds of dollars weekly I have given in the past for use on his own personal needs) he at times has bought alcohol, and when I first took him to visit my house (that I rented) in Iowa, I allowed him to buy a few beers. He never presented any negative behavioral issues during the consumption of those few beers. However, when I was absent from the house for a few days in March 2025, I found out that he had bought a pack of beers and still had some left in the basement of the house. When confronted about it he admitted buying them, and apologized for doing it, and agreed not to buy or drink beer again without my supervision. Two months later while travelling he was having a paranoid few days, and bought some beer without my knowledge, which caused him to have a psychotic episode which required me to request police intervention, because he was not listening to reason from me, the friend and care taker. It seems that the known nature of alcohol usage in imparing the mental and awareness/judgment capacity of regular individuals, in autistic individuals with also psychotic disabilities the quick onset of a severe debilitating psychosis due to alcohol consumption is faster and more severe than in otherwise rationally sound and cognitively functional individuals (in this case adults).
[I will address later towards the conclusion of this preliminary assessment, why from a judiciary, law enforcement, and care perspective there is a uncongruent system of facilitation that allows a mentally disabled or incompetent individual to being able to legally purchase alcohol, which can create serious behavioral and life threatening issues or dangers, both for the disabled individual and for others they interact with.]

□ I have had the opportunity to write this assessment as it pertains to Christopher Brian Meade, in the capacity of a close friend, and as his primary caretaker or supervising entity, which having done so in the span of almost year (11 months) has given me a specific opportunity to assess his behavior in more comprehensive ways than the typical one hour, day, or even weeks long assessments on behalf of medical personnel, social workers, legal or law enforcement entities is able to appropriately use for a sound, fair, and comprehensive way, of assessing an individual's mental and/or behavioral capacities, constraints, challenges, and/or potential for better applied cognitive behavioral therapy and/or similar treatments. That proximity to him and reasonably long (11 months) period of both close acquaintance and care for him has placed me in a key position to properly understand his behavioral, mental, and physical needs (e.g. “food consumption, exercise, etc”) in more functionally effective ways than most other care providers.
□ Although at present I am working as a commercial truck driver in the entire continental United States, I worked for more than 4 years as a Navy Hospital Corpsman, in which capacity I had plenty (years) of experience doing patient care in medical clinical settings, writing nursing notes, doing EKGs, giving immunizations, drawing blood, providing emergency medical care both in garrison settings in the US as well as during combat (Combat Action Ribbon recipient) in Iraq shortly after 9/11/2001. I also have a Bachelor degree in Criminal Justice, from Florida International University (Miami, FL) which allows me to also understand certain aspects of criminality and justice, as well as the varying significance of corresponding scholarly theories. Also from FIU I received a Master Degree in Higher Education Administration, in which degree I also took several elective graduate courses in Mental Health Counseling, and a graduate course in Law, all of which has also contributed in part to my better understanding and behavioral approach to the care of somebody mentally disabled like Christopher Meade. Last but not least, I was enrolled in an online PhD in Health Services at Walden University, which I had to quit due to financial and contextual reasons being too inadequate to continue while living seven days a week in a commercial truck. However, both my educational background and medical training and practice in the military have afforded me a proper position to care more effectively for Christopher Brian Meade. Prior to becoming a truck driver, I also worked for more than a year doing medical assistant work in care of elderly individuals in many different settings, in Iowa, as well as having worked almost a year as a pharmacy technician (since I had been also certified as one). I left Iowa to become a truck driver because both my cars broke down within less than a week, and being unable to get to work, I had to consider other work options.

Hi Joyce!
I hope everything is going well with you. I am reaching out to you as a starting point, in reference to Christopher Brian Meade, of Athens, TN, to see if you can help me get contact information in Athens to help in getting him his food benefits at the very least, and apply as well for his disability benefits. He has a 100% percent mental disability as far as being employable, thus, it has to be illegal that he is being neglected by the City of Athens and by the State of Tennessee the way that he has been inhumanely neglected. I understand that some people have been "nice" to him, but "being nice" and "a little supportive" is not enough! He is an American Citizen with a severe mental disability, whom is protected by the U.S.Constitution for such a condition, yet he gets thrown out on the streets homeless as if he is worth less than a domestic pet. In both God's eyes and from a human perspective that is totally inhumane and unacceptable. That the City & the State choose to not have proper housing and proper supervision or care for individuals with severe Autism and other mental and/or physical disabilities is unacceptable and inexcusable in this country.
Next month in July, 2025 is going to be one year that I have been caring for Christopher financially, as a friend, mainly I have become his care taker, and unless I die, I will continue such a responsibility for the rest of my life, but, I am at a point when I'm struggling to make ends meet financially due to the cost of caring for him. Next month I will have spent between $35k to $40k (thousand) dollars in caring for him, and it is no longer sustainable for me. I have no emergency savings ant longer, and I already received notice from my Federal Student Loans that my $150k debt will resume in August 2025, due to President Trump's policy changes, and my pay will be garnished if I do not keep the loan payments current.
I am a commercial truck driver, I driver in all States constantly, Chris has been visiting me in Iowa for more than a month now, staying by himself in the two story, three bedroom house I rent in Oelwein, Iowa. I cannot put him on the lease, so he travels with me in the truck for months sometimes, and if he gets too out of control on his behavior, because of dealing with strangers socially, then I have had him stay in Athens (homeless) for weeks or a month until he readjusts his behavior, and the Daily Athenian Newspaper in Athens lets him stay at the bottom of the stairs, which is a safe place, but a homeless living condition I would not wish on a dog. Unacceptable still. But, even in such cases I still go visit him and order him food online, and give him cash money. When he is at home in Iowa by himself, I spend about $400 a month in Door-Dash tips alone, because he likes to stay home a lot, although I also encourage him to go out shopping or to eat out sometimes, and explore the neighborhood, because it is a low traffic, nice people, low crime small town, great for somebody like him that does not drive. Insofar the police there has never called me in regards to him misbehaving, and he gets along great with the neighbors. However, I do need to start getting guidance and help to get him his food benefits more critically, and then his disability benefits (even if this ones are managed by a public agency or non-profit). I have no children and could also have him benefit from me being a Navy Veteran if he was my dependant, but maybe in the future it can be a consideration.
Please send me an email or text if you know the person or entity that I can contact to get his benefits started. Eventually my plan is for him to be in my rental lease in a property that allows it, so that he can live full time in a home.

STORY OF CHRISTOPHER MEADE!
People in general, even some of his friends, but more troubling the authorities, public or human services, and similar entities do not properly or in full disregard for the well being of others, or due to an inability to exhibit empathy and compassion towards other human beings, fail to understand that individuals with mental disabilities, but more so with cognitive disabilities, require "specialized care", not only when they are young and public schools make sure that such individuals or underage students are taught by "properly trained" SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHERS, who understand how to properly treat and deal with the special needs and behaviors of such students, but, the sad story of CHRISTOPHER MEADE, of "NEGLECT & JUDICIAL ABUSE/MALPRACTICE" on behalf of public service agencies, human services, healthcare entities, religious groups or churches, of the police, of the courts, and other authorities, is a "RUDE AWAKENING" to many, and a SAD REMINDER to many others, that "SPECIAL NEEDS" individuals in the USA, are given "relative" (sometimes it is bad in childhood too) proper attention and care when young, then, as if they were wild animals or pieces of discarded materials, many "SPECIAL NEEDS" individuals as ADULTS are left to fend or survive on their own. They are not able to work, nor understand life as the average adult can, which presents an insurmountable number of issues, challenges, and concerns, which society, which most human beings in their selfish lives, cruel minds and hearts, crooked views of what humanity really is, choose to ignore, mistreat, and/or abuse, and do things as what has been done to CHRISTOPHER BRIAN MEADE!
He has been incarcerated, has had warrants for his arrest, is mentally afraid of going into restaurants and other places even when he has money, because of being abused by police, business owners, and by the public too. I will not cease to say that "YOU ARE CRUEL AND EVIL HUMAN BEINGS", and by that I am referring to humans all around the world! I am not running for politics, I do not work at a university, I do not and choose not to have a "fake" job, so called "professional" or otherwise, where I am expected to be "fake", untrue, to not speak the truth because it makes others uncomfortable, or because it is bad for "public relations", or under "threats" of getting fired because of telling "THE TRUTH", or for choosing to bring the proper amount of critical thinking, empathy, ethics, and compassion into the fairly perceived matters that I try to judge in life, both at the personal level, and from the collective humanity perspective, or point of view.
Things need to change, and better treatment needs to be secured, ensured, and regularly re-evaluated about the treatment given to not only Americans with Disabilities, but, to any human being anywhere with a mental, emotional, psychological, or cognitive disability, at all ages of their life spectrum!

Part of the reason why while being a very loving, compassionate, empathetic, and socially adaptable person I can easily find great joy, peace, harmony, and spiritual clarity in the personal choice of free individuality, and at times isolation, is because I have been gifted by Heaven and Nature with a very transcendental spirit of peace & intellect, vis-a-vis which unfortunately I can see all too clearly how corrupt most human beings are, how deceitful, how crooked, and how easily seduced and prone to yield to the demands of evil spirits, of evil entities (both physical & spiritual), at times becoming those evils themselves. With that said keep in mind that I'm a highly skilled cryptologist, with nature-given abilities of deciphering almost anything with relative ease. They are trillion dollar worth skills, but, where there is intellectual/cognitive talent and superior cognitive or spiritual abilities, corruption quickly follows, and human beings (under the influence of Satan the Devil & her/his demons) quickly start their manipulation processes of such human beings as me at a very early age, when our innocense (regardless of our intellectual potential) can be most easily coerced, manipulated, and abused. The Cuban Government has done that with me, as well as the United States Government, yet, I did learn to develop my very own "counter-intelligence" strategies along the way.
Do not believe everything you see and hear so expeditiously, and at "face-value". Most of you are quite ignorant human beings, with very weak mental and psychological frameworks, and as such are very easily deceived, although to a great extent I will not justify the evil that ypu choose to do either individually, or as a psychologically dependent form of a biological robot who is manipulated by dysfunctional crowd mentalities. So called "professional Psychiatrists" and other crooked, even evil health care practicioners are also those you need to be cautious with. Do not let yourselves fall into paranoia and/or schizophrenia, unless you are medically mentally disabled, but, again, properly gage your dysfunctional propensities to so quickly & passionately believe everything you see & hear, because in such instances it is you by individual choice not allowing "THE TRUTH TO SET YOU FREE"!"

"Any future President of any civic, social, political, religious, educational or similar institution, group, country, or organization should be somebody with a proven record of working to better the human condition as a whole, and not only as an isolated preferential group of people. Until you as human beings anywhere in the world do not learn to properly choose candidates for the highest positions of leadership, who know how to delegate humane treatment for all human beings, and not only selfishly for what you call or consider "your own people", you will get into positions of power leaders who are prone to corruption, greed, and political/national selfishnes, and I will tell you as a "Reality Check", that those type of bad self-centered leaders will also overstep their powers against what you selfishly and naively consider "their own people". When somebody that does not have an empathetic view of all of humanity as being equally worthy of love, fairness, success, happiness, shared-wealth, and comforts of life, that bad leader will also sooner or later tread upon your own rights, justifiable freedoms, and needs of a well balanced life!
With that in mind, be wise when choosing your future leaders, and work diligently at present to change current bad leadership!
